Pierre Titley - President

 

Owner of RE/MAX Quebec and REMAX New York, Pierre Titley recognized the need for a relocation company specialized in providing services to the unique Quebec market and co-founded RELONAT

in 1986.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

Louis Anania - General Manager

 

A graduate of Sir George Williams University (Concordia University), Louis has over 20 years

of experience in senior management having

held various  positions in sales, real estate and financial services with Montreal Trust.  As head

of the real estate division, he was responsible

for 26 offices and 800 agents and dealt with repossessed and relocation properties.

 

Louis joined RELONAT in 1996 as General Manager  and is responsible for all aspects of RELONAT’s operations. He was instrumental in building RELONAT's first information system, moving the company in a national direction and quadrupling profits for the mortgage referral division.

 

 

 

Pierre Jarry - Manager, Mortgage Referral Development

  

Pierre has over 20 years of real estate experience primarily in commercial and residential mortgage financing. He has held different positions for various financial institutions and recently worked for National Bank as Manager, Commercial Banking as well as Manager, Mortgage Development. Prior to joining RELONAT in 2006, Pierre worked as a Sales Manager for a prestigious builder in the Montreal metropolitain area.

 

As Manager, Mortgage Referral Development, Pierre is mandated with increasing the volume of mortgage referrals to our lenders (Caisses Populaires Desjardins, National Bank and Laurentian Bank) by RE/MAX real estate agents; improving relations between franchisees, agents, lenders and mortgage development managers; and promoting our lenders' financial services to RE/MAX agents by actively participating in different promotional programs aimed at RE/MAX agents’ clients.
